To facilitate our process of continuous improvement, the club will be regularly undertaking surveys to gauge the quality of the services and facilities we provide. Depending on the nature of the survey, these will be open to both members and visitors.
The survey results will be correlated and analysed by the club’s General Manager. All data collected will be treated as confidential and the club reserves publication rights at its own discretion. In some cases the club will seek to contact respondents after the survey is complete.
